V.K. Hamza, a lawyer and philanthropist of high repute.

The mansion now has 9 air conditioned rooms, a 24 seater restaurant serving fresh seafood- Indian and Continental style, an open-to-the-sky swimming pool on the deck, a yoga and meditation center that nestles among the verdant tree tops and is rated one of the best accommodation in Cochin.

Tissa’s Inn is presently owned by Johny L. Malayil of Crafters Antiques and Tissa johny, who presented the World’s Largest Varpu and are the most significant antique dealers in Cochin with 6 showrooms filled with tastefully picked out artefacts.

Tissa's Inn has 9 elegantly designed rooms which are categorized into 2 Standard Rooms, 1 Superior Room and 6 Deluxe Rooms. The rooms are beautifully adorned with chic furnishings and dcor. Each room comes with an attached bathroom provided with the facility of running cold and hot water. They are appointed with color television and solar energy for water heating.
